Cancellation Policy

Welcome to the PPYC! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our members, please review our policy, which outlines the general terms and conditions of our services. General Terms: 1. Membership Activation: Your membership will be activated upon successful payment. Membership benefits can be accessed immediately after activation. A team member will reach out ASAP to schedule your appointments 2. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, please notify us via email at least seven days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. 3. Booking Appointments: All salon, yoga, and gym appointments must be booked in advance. We recommend scheduling your appointments at least one week ahead to secure your preferred times. 4. Transferable Services: Some services, such as salon appointments and 1:1 yoga classes, are transferable. You may gift these services to friends or family. Please notify us in advance if you wish to transfer an appointment. 5. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling: COMMUNICATE If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid $25 cancellation fees. 6. No-Show Policy: Members who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice will be considered a no-show. Repeated no-shows with no communication will result in a suspension of booking privileges. 7. Refund Policy: Membership fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for partially used membership periods, except in cases where we are unable to provide the services due to unforeseen circumstances. 8. Service Expiration: Monthly services such as yoga sessions, salon appointments, and gym training sessions must be used within the membership month. Unused services DO NOT ROLL OVER to the next month. Booking and Scheduling: Advance Booking Required! To ensure availability, all salon, yoga, and gym appointments must be booked in advance. Members are encouraged to book appointments at least one week prior to the desired date.
